About Us

EM Building Pty Ltd has been providing quality building and construction services since 2015. Our passion and commitment to quality has ensured many repeat customers and the majority of our work derives from word of mouth recommendations. Owned and operated by Evan Molloy who has been a tradesman for over 18 years, we service Sydney’s Northern Beaches and surrounding suburbs.

Originally from New Zealand (where he completed his Carpentry Apprenticeship in 2002) Evan settled on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. After attaining his Certificate IV in Building in 2014, EM Building was established. He is a professional with a commitment to quality workmanship and happy clients.

Our team is a specialised group of reliable and trustworthy tradespeople. With our knowledge, experience and approachable manner we have been providing clients with a positive outcome on projects.

To stay abreast with industry standards, rules and regulations, EM Building is a proud member of the Master Builders Association. Evan and staff regularly attend industry seminars and all work is guaranteed and fully insured.
