Building has been part of Evan Molloy's life for more than 20 years.
Originally from New Zealand, Evan completed his carpentry apprenticeship in 2002 before moving to Australia. After gaining his Certificate IV in Building, he established Evan Molloy Building in Sydney in 2015, building a reputation for delivering quality residential renovations and building projects.
After many successful years working across Sydney, Evan has now brought that same experience and commitment to quality to Newcastle, where he works with homeowners throughout Newcastle and the surrounding areas. He continues to work in Sydney for returning clients and selected projects, drawing on the relationships and reputation he built over many years.
Today, Evan specialises in kitchen renovations, bathroom renovations, home renovations, extensions, decks, outdoor living areas and a wide range of residential building projects.
